We’re firm believers that there is value – although sometimes subjective – in almost all old technology, and we try to avoid adding to the staggering amount of E-Waste dumped each and every year.

As such, Debug Doctor is happy to take your old tech – PCs, laptops, tablets, and phones – and will do our best to recycle them. What’s more? Our recycling is charitable in nature.

  1. For low value items (such as old PCs with little resale value) we will attempt to rebuild/refurbish items to a point that they can be gifted to a local family that could make use of them. We will securely wipe all data from any hard drives, laptops, tablets and phones and ensure they are in the best condition they can be
  2. For higher value items (generally, anything that can be sold on the used/refurbished market) we will take the time to ensure they are in the best condition they can be, including fixing problems or replacing missing parts – where economically viable. 50% of any profits made from donated hardware will then go to charity or towards charitable donations (that is, it will either go directly to some of the charities that we support, or will be used to improve the equipment we donate to local members of our community)

Give Debug Doctor a call and we can discuss either collection or drop-off of your old equipment. We are happy to receive small donations from individuals or larger donations from businesses.

Note: our charitable commitment above only applies to donated equipment/hardware and not to items taken as part-exchange.
We apologise that we are unable to accept certain types of E-Waste – such as old-style CRT monitors, most printers, etc – and reserve the right to refuse donations. However, we also thank you sincerely for supporting our charitable donations and will, where possible, provide details of the kinds of donations we are making – either on social media or privately. Debug Doctor is not a registered charity.

Hi Mervan, we may well do! What sort of size were you looking for, and any particular requirements (such as resolution)? Many thanks, Mark
