Welcome to Debug Doctor! We want to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and give you some insight into the people behind Debug Doctor!
Debug Doctor is an IT support business located in Mere, Wiltshire, by husband-and-wife team Mark and Nicola. We have lived locally for most of our lives and spent the past decade enjoying the quiet town of Mere with our two children.
Mark has been in the IT industry for around 25 years – providing both software development and technical support services. Mark has a keen love for home automation and enjoys combining home DIY with modern technological improvements.
Nicola has run various kinds of businesses in her career. She will be managing the day-to-day running of Debug Doctor. She’ll also be the person you speak to on the telephone – so give Nicola a call, and she’ll be able to tell you how we can help with your technical problems or developments.
Nicola and Mark are also blessed to have two children – Ethan and Theodore.
Theodore is Autistic; he loves people, car watching, and endlessly writing film credits! He doesn’t want to watch the films themselves, however…
His twin, Ethan, has Cerebral Palsy and Autism and, generally, much more significant learning difficulties. He adores Peppa Pig and is a delight – providing everybody does precisely what they are supposed to do, when they are supposed to do it, and to his exacting specifications…
This personal experience with disability has honed our long-term focus to provide as much back to the world of disability as possible. In our personal lives we try to do what we can, from donations to support for disability groups and events. Debug Doctor will be mirroring this support for disabled and special needs children and adults in our communities, and we have plans on how we can make the most productive use of the businesses we run.
