About Us
Mark has been working in IT for the past 25 years - in both software development and IT support roles. With a huge amount of experience solving a wide range of technical problems you can be sure to receive the best level of support from us.
Our back office is run by Nicola, who has many years of experience of managing various types of business and is the first voice you'll speak to if you call Debug Doctor. You can be assured of a friendly and approachable experience and we'll always do our best to be up-front about timescales, costs and alternative solutions.

At Debug Doctor we can help with out with most IT and technical-related queries, problems and solutions. This includes:

We are happy to undertake laptop and PC repair but do not offer hardware repair to mobile phones and tablets/iPads. However, we are very happy to assist with software issues on phones and tablets - including networking/WiFi issues, upgrades, etc.

Our ethos is the most important aspect of our business. We will work hard to keep your costs down and ensure you're aware of any significant potential charges. Unless we agree otherwise, if we are unable to come to a satisfactory fix or other solution you will not be charged for work that hasn't solved your problem
